The glycerin makes this bar feel silky on the skin, and it lathers up nicely even in hard water. I keep it on my bathroom shelf just for the look of it, but the rose smell with that hint of alcohol is surprisingly fresh.

The rose scent is strong and true, not perfumey at all, and the transparent bar looks lovely sitting by the sink. It lathers up nicely and my skin doesn't feel stripped or tight after washing, which is rare for a soap this pretty.

The glycerin base leaves my hands feeling soft instead of that tight, squeaky-clean sensation, and the transparent pink bar looks gorgeous sitting by the sink. The rose fragrance carries a clean, crisp edge from the alcohol that fades quickly. Nice size for the price too.
