The eau de toilette format makes it light enough for everyday wear, and the lavender-anise combo is surprisingly elegant rather than sharp. I've gotten several compliments since I started using it, and the bottle sits nicely on my vanity.
The lavender note really comes through without being powdery or old-fashioned, and it sits close to the skin for hours. I sprayed it on before work and could still catch whiffs on my scarf by late afternoon. Classic eau de toilette strength, perfect for a desk job.
I’d been hunting for a lighter everyday scent and this eau de toilette fits the bill perfectly—it’s got that classic, elegant feel without being overpowering. The lavender and anise combo comes through clean and fresh from the first spray, and it lasts through a full workday on me.
